Fee Structure

Every Application must be accompanied with prescribed fees (Persons below poverty line are exempted from depositing such fee)

Fee Structure is as follows:

Application Fees - Rs. 10/-, which may be deposited by way of Cash against proper receipt or by Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque or Indian Postal Order (IPO) in Favour of Director Principal, Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh.
Fee chargeable
Page created or Photo copy at rate of Rs. 2/- per page.
Inspection of record, no fee for the first hour; and a fee of rupee five for each fifteen minutes (or fraction thereof) thereafter.
Actual cost/price for Sample or models
Information provided in Diskette or Floppy at the rate of Rs.50/- each
Photocopy of Extracts from any publication at Rs. 2/- per page
Information in printed form at price fixed for its publication

APPLICATION / FEE WHERE TO BE DEPOSITED

Application may be given to CPIO concerned or CAPIO or to E-Sampark centers
Application Fee may be deposited with institution concerned

by way of Cash (receipt to be attached along with application ) or
by way of Indian Postal Order (IPO) (IPO to be attached along with application) or
by way of Demand Draft (Draft to be attached along with application) or
by way of Bankers Cheque (Cheque to be attached along with application)

NOTE:
1 Application Fee may be deposited with Legal Cell, Room No.201, Block ‘D’, Level –II, Chandigarh.
2 IPO/DD/Bankers Cheque to be payable to the Director Principal, Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh
